Terms and Conditions:

This agreement pertains to the terms, rules, and conditions applicable to the rental of land within 21 Estates.

Please note that this sim is designated for residential purchases exclusively.

Prohibited items include Breedables, Skyboxes, and Platforms.

Any large objects or floating prims deemed as eyesores may be subject to removal.

Alterations to the landscape of your parcel are strictly prohibited and may result in the removal of items.

Banners and large signs are not permitted.

Public parties with mass teleportations are not allowed unless organized by management.

Management reserves the right to remove items without prior notice.

Repeated violations such as going over prim allowance, leaving objects rezzed in public areas or neighbor complaints may lead to termination of rental contract and eviction without refund.

Conduct Guidelines:

Harassment or stalking of any kind is strictly prohibited.
Sexual harassment will not be tolerated.

Sound generators causing annoyance are not permitted.

Rezzed objects must not be left in public sims (e.g., cars, prims, poseballs) and should be deleted after use.

Residents must respect the privacy of others within the sim.
Spamming or sending random teleport offers and invites is prohibited.

Small gatherings in private parcels or community areas are permitted, with a maximum of 15 people including yourself.
